Pick-Up & Delivery Schedule – U of A

*For summer 2026 pick-ups at The University of Arizona, complimentary boxes and tape will be delivered to you at your residence on Sunday, May 10th. If your pickup is scheduled on or before May 10th, we will reach out to you to schedule an early box delivery!

*Free-of-charge pickup dates for the end of the spring semester are May 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th, 13th, 14th, and 15th.

*Free-of-charge delivery dates for the following fall semester are August 15th, 16th, 17th, 18th, 19th, 20th, 21st, and 22nd.

*Pick-ups and Deliveries scheduled outside of these dates may be subject to a transportation fee of up to $200.

Restricted Dates:

Pickups at The U of A are not available on the following dates: May 2nd-May 8th

*Upon signing up, you will select a date and a 3-hour time window that you would like your things picked up within. While our drivers may arrive at any time during that window, we ask that you please have your things packed and ready to go at the beginning of the pick-up window, as it takes anywhere from 10-30 minutes to complete a pick-up. Our drivers will contact you when they are on the way to your residence.

*Free pick-up and delivery refers to curbside pick-up/delivery only. In-room pickups and deliveries are $40 on each end.

*Pick-up and delivery dates are subject to availability. Please check back to this page for updates on available/unavailable days. We do not allow, under any circumstance, customer drop-offs or pick-ups directly at our facility.
